Pre-Ballet - Frances Pre-Ballet is for 2-3 year olds who can't wait to start dancing! While it may take new dancers a couple of weeks to get used to it, students must be able to stay in the classroom for the full 45 minutes. The class utilizes songs and games to introduce the fundamentals of ballet. Students also exercise coordination skills, learn classroom etiquette and practice rhythm and musicality. Steps will include ballet basics such as pliè, relevè, passè, piquè, arabesque, 1st and 2nd positions, hopping, skipping, galloping and walking on tip toes.
