ADULT CLASSES
Acro-Dance Techniques - Douglas
For all adults motivated to shift to a deeper level of fitness. Committed and focused children are most welcome and encouraged to come! The class is as easy or challenging as you choose. Develop strength with more flexibility. Release muscles not needed for the movements at hand. Deepen your ability to “let go.” Tight muscles will begin to soften. Old pains will continue to release from that deep place within. The elements of partner work and camaraderie make the challenge more inviting and FUN. Laughter is common here. This is about working smart. We focus on accessing the center of gravity from where your strength potentiates. We practice floor work, AcroYoga, improvisational dance, contact improvisation, core stretching and strengthening and partner massage if desired. Circle sharing always happens in the end.
