Submitting this rental application does not automatically constitute approval of the application, facility, nor time requested. All applications will be reviewed and

acceptance will be based on Galaxy policy as well as facility and staff availability. Galaxy reserves the right to reject any rental which it feels is not appropriate.

Alcohol requires preauthorization and a waiver form. Additional costs may apply to certain rental extras and are subject to availability.
The collapsible stage and theatrical lighting are only available in Studio 1.
